Communication plan generator
Turn a goal into audiences, messages, a sequence and something measurable.
Fill in the fields above and the result appears here — nothing is sent anywhere.
How it works
No formula. A model structures your goal into a plan.
Most communication plans fail at the first step, where the objective is a mood rather than a target. This one starts by sharpening what you wrote into something that could be true or false at the end of the period, then splits the audience into the groups that genuinely need different messages, gives each its message, and lays out a sequence over your horizon. The last section is measurement, and it is the one to argue with: if a part of the plan cannot be measured, that is worth knowing before you run it, not after.
This tool sends what you write to a language model to produce the answer. Your text is not stored by us and is not written to any database; an uploaded file is read in your browser and only per-column totals are sent. Your email address is stored, with the consents you tick.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it know my market?
- No. It works from what you write. If your market has a constraint that matters — a regulator, a seasonal buying cycle, a channel that does not exist for you — put it in the goal field or the plan will not account for it.
- Why does it insist on measurement?
- Because an unmeasurable objective cannot fail, which is the same as saying it cannot succeed. The measurement section is where a vague plan becomes a real one.
- Can it write the actual posts?
- That is not what this tool does. It gives you the message per audience; the writing is yours.
