Conflict management advisor

Separate positions from interests in a workplace conflict, and get concrete next moves.

Where should we send you?

The answer appears on this page straight away. We ask for an address because a language model costs money to run and a free, anonymous one is a bill anybody on the internet can run up.

This tool is not available right now.

Fill in the fields above and the result appears here — nothing is sent anywhere.

How it works

No formula. A model reads one account and structures it.

It has heard one side. That is not a caveat at the bottom of the page, it is the central fact about the output: everything below is a reading of your account, and the other person's account would produce a different one. What it is useful for is the standard move of conflict resolution — separating what each party is demanding from what each party actually needs, which are rarely the same thing and are almost never both visible from inside the argument. If what you describe involves harassment, discrimination or safety, it will say so first and stop being clever, because those belong with HR or a lawyer.

This tool sends what you write to a language model to produce the answer. Your text is not stored by us and is not written to any database; an uploaded file is read in your browser and only per-column totals are sent. Your email address is stored, with the consents you tick.

Frequently asked questions

Is this HR advice?
No. It is a structured reading of one account of a disagreement. Anything involving harassment, discrimination, safety or a contract belongs with HR or a lawyer, and the tool will say so rather than working around it.
Is what I write stored?
No. The text is sent to the model that produces the answer and is not written to any database. Your email address is stored, with the consent you ticked.
Will it take my side?
It is asked to be useful rather than agreeable. If your account suggests you are part of the problem, expect it to say so.
