How it works

Same mechanism as the sales reading, pointed at the other side of the ledger: the file is parsed in your browser and only per-column aggregates are sent. What comes back is where the spend concentrates on the evidence available, which levers would plausibly move it, and what the summary cannot tell you. Concentration is the useful part — most cost bases have a short head and a long tail, and the head is where a decision is worth making.
This tool sends what you write to a language model to produce the answer. Your text is not stored by us and is not written to any database; an uploaded file is read in your browser and only per-column totals are sent. Your email address is stored, with the consents you tick.
Frequently asked questions
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. It is parsed in your browser and only the column summary is sent. Individual invoice lines are never transmitted.
- Can it find fraud or errors?
- No. It sees totals, not transactions, so it cannot spot a duplicated invoice or an unusual line. It can tell you which categories are large enough to be worth auditing properly.
- Does it know what things should cost?
- No, and it is instructed not to pretend otherwise. It has no benchmark data for your sector. If a benchmark would answer your question, it will say that instead of inventing one.
