The basic formula is Reorder Point = (Average Daily Demand x Lead Time in Days) + Safety Stock. This calculator also supports an advanced method that derives safety stock from your maximum daily demand and maximum lead time, giving you a more protective buffer against demand spikes or supplier delays.
